Green Stone Developers started out being hired by homeowners to evaluate other people's construction work — reviewing bids, checking quality, and stepping in when projects went wrong.

After a walkthrough we'll put together a proposal for your review and go through it with you.
Older homes hold surprises. When something comes up, we bring it to you with the options and the cost, and we agree on it in writing before we proceed.
Yes. Permits, inspections, and the certificate of occupancy are our responsibility, not yours.
It depends on the scope and on the township. We'll give you a working timeline when we put the proposal together and keep you posted as it firms up. Permit and inspection timing isn't entirely in our hands, so we'd rather keep you updated than name a date we can't hold.
Yes, as a separate service. We never act as both consultant and contractor on the same project.
